Email Communications Policy

What we send

HiveCloud (hivecloud.tech) sends email only for account and service purposes. We do not send marketing newsletters or promotional campaigns.

• Account and security — email verification, password reset, and other messages required to operate your account. These cannot be opted out while your account is active.
• Service notifications — optional messages when a photogrammetry job completes or fails. You can turn these off at any time.

How to opt out

Optional job notifications can be disabled in two ways:

1. Sign in and open Email preferences.
2. Use the Unsubscribe link in any job notification email.

To stop all email from HiveCloud, delete your account by contacting us (see below). Account-security messages may still be sent while an account exists.

Sender and volume

Mail is sent from info@hivecloud.tech via our transactional mail provider. Typical volume is low (account events plus one message per completed job when enabled).

We do not purchase email lists or send unsolicited bulk mail.
